You can't always click through the chat, usually it's fine anywhere in the transparent parts but clicking on text/emote will prevent you from clicking on your actual game that is behind it.Doesn't work for fullscreen games, but it's probably something I won't be able to easily implement because it would require some type of DirectX hooking which is not my expertise.The resize grip on the bottom-right is a bit hard to click on.Some known issues that I'm still working on. You'll need to click "More info" and then "Run anyway". "Windows protected your PC" message may appear which is the Windows Defender Smart Screen.(Optional) right click on the application file and choose Send To > Desktop (create shortcut).Extract the zip file and open the folder and look for TransparentTwitchChatWPF.exe.Under "Assets" grab the file "TwitchChatOverlay-v0.9.zip" This app has been approved by the /r/Twitch mods. You can move and resize the app as you need and you can control the app through a system tray icon. This application will attempt to always stay on top and it's fully transparent. Typically would be used by single monitor streamers who need to see chat while playing. NET application for Windows that will display Twitch chat on top of a windowed or borderless windowed game.
